Personalized Educational Support

SALT School provides individualized educational support and academic instruction for homeschool and alternative-education families seeking a personalized, relationship-centered learning environment.

We support a wide range of learners — from students who are thriving and seeking enrichment, to students who benefit from additional academic structure, executive functioning support, individualized pacing, or personalized learning strategies.

Educational services are guided by advanced training in education and school psychology.

SALT School partners with families to support academic growth, confidence, independence, character development, and long-term student success within a flexible and supportive educational environment.

Our Educational Philosophy

When children flourish, families flourish.

Salt School is a purpose-driven learning community designed for families seeking a more intentional and personalized approach to education.

We believe parents are a child’s first and most important teachers, and that strong partnership between families, students, and educators is foundational to student success.

This is a parent-directed Home Education Instructional Program designed by a nationally certified school psychologist with graduate-level education training, using evidence-based instruction, progress monitoring, executive-function supports, and family partnership systems

We believe children are persons to be shepherded, not controlled. Our approach is rooted in respect for each child’s individuality, God-given strengths, unique learning journey, and developing sense of identity and purpose.

At Salt School, we work collaboratively with both parents and students to cultivate ownership of learning, personal growth, character development, confidence, and long-term well-being.

Through inquiry-based learning, personal goal-setting, meaningful mentorship, and individualized support, we help students become grounded in character, confident in identity, and prepared to navigate life with clarity, resilience, and purpose.

Parent Partnership

One of the biggest differences here is our partnership with families.

We don’t see parents as observers—we see them as essential partners in the process.

When there’s alignment between home and school, students grow faster, with more confidence and clarity.
